WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

Our minimum order is 24 pieces for Screen Printing, 12 pieces for Embroidery and Promotional Products vary by item.

HOW DO I GET PRICING FOR GARMENTS OR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS?

Every order is custom-quoted to guarantee our clients the best price available. In order to receive a custom quote, please choose one of the following:

CAN I MIX AND MATCH GARMENTS TO MEET THE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

Garment styles such as tanks, t-shirts, and sweatshirt sizes and colors can be mixed as long as the logo and logo dimensions stays the same. Fees may apply if an ink change color is required.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?

Standard production time is 10-12 business days for Screen Printing, and 12-14 business days for Embroidery, plus shipping time (if applicable). Production time begins when we have received the following information:

  • Final Artwork Approval
  • Signed Order Confirmation
  • Deposit (If Required)

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After you’ve received your custom quote, please email your print ready artwork along with a work order form or the following information to your sales rep:


  • Company Name/Contact Name 
  • Phone Number 
  •  Email Address 
  • Ship To/Billing Address
  • Item Number, Name, and Color of Apparel or Promotional Product
  • Quantity
  • Size Breakdown 
  • Imprint Color

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICE?

We do offer rush services, however this service is not always available. In order for your order to be considered for rush production we require the following:


• Artwork must be print-ready (see Artwork Requirements for more info).

• Work Order Form must be completely filled out. 

*Rush orders are subject to a $50.00 fee.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OR DELIVERY?

Image Promotions can ship anywhere in the US via

UPS or FedEx.

We do offer local delivery for a Delivery Charge, ask your sales rep for details. 

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All customers are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total to begin.

We accept Checks, Cash and all major credit cards.

WHAT ARE SCREEN SET-UP CHARGES?

Screen charges are $25.00 per color, per location.


For example, a design with a one color imprint on the left chest and a two color imprint on the back

will incur three set-up fees, totaling $75.00. 


Screens are kept on file for two years from the last order date. Any repeat orders within that time won’t incur new screen charges.

WHAT ARE EMBROIDERY SET-UP CHARGES?

Digitizing fees are $75.00 per design.
